| Thomas Jay Frese, President of AquaSol Inc., has more than ten years of experience in the field of aquaculture. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and a Master of Science degree in Biology from Florida International University. In addition to his extensive experience in aquaculture, Mr. Frese has seven years of experience in finance, banking and marketing to his credit. His diverse background in both business and aquaculture offers clients the perfect mix of skills required to successfully manage large commercial aquaculture projects from both technical and business points of view. Mr. Frese has considerable expertise in financial feasibility analysis, business plan development, project management, technology transfer, development of innovative aquaculture systems, aquaculture training and the strategic marketing of farm-raised products. |

| Dr. Claude E. Boyd, Water & Soil Quality Consultant, is a world renowned expert in aquaculture, with over twenty-six years of experience in the business. He has performed consulting work in more than 35 countries during this time. Dr. Boyd has been a full Professor at Auburn University since 1977 and is considered by many to be one of the finest professionals in the industry. He has written seven books on the subject and has over 250 journal publications to his credit. Specific emphasis is always placed on his unparalleled expertise in aquaculture water and soil quality analysis. |
| Granvil D. Treece, Senior Shrimp Farming Consultant, has over 19 years of teaching, research and consulting experience in marine shrimp culture. Mr. Treece has been employed by the Texas A&M Sea Grant College Program for fourteen years and currently holds the position of Aquaculture Specialist. Since 1986, he has served as the Coordinator for an internationally recognized shrimp farming short course conducted through the Sea Grant program. Earlier in his career, he managed a commercial hatchery in the Caribbean. He has authored and co-authored many books and publications on shrimp farming. One of these, The Laboratory Manual For the Culture of Penaeid Shrimp Larvae, is published in six languages. Mr. Treece is a recognized leader in the aquaculture industry. His consultancy work has taken him to Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Africa, China, India and Indonesia to name a few. |

Malcolm Dickson, Senior Aquatic Scientist, has a strong background in research, training, extension and project management. He has worked in a variety of long-term aquaculture and fisheries situations from small-scale, rural fish farming to large-scale commercial enterprises in Africa, Europe, CIS and Asia. He has performed a wide variety of consultancy work on behalf of The World Bank, DFID, CDI as well as private clients. | Henry C. Clifford, Senior Shrimp Farming Consultant, has over twenty years of experience in the field of aquaculture. Mr. Clifford is President and co-founder of C & C Aquaculture Services, Inc. and is currently the Technical Director for Super Shrimp. He has directed, or been involved in, the development and operation of shrimp farming ventures entailing capital investments of more than US$ 25 million. These farms produced more than 12,000 metric tons of cultured marine shrimp valued at over US$ 75 million. He has assisted in the design, construction and technical management of the largest shrimp farming operations in Brazil, Columbia and Venezuela. Mr. Clifford is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and has trained more than 100 farm managers in more than ten countries. Mr. Clifford graduated from Texas A&M University in 1979 with a Master of Science degree in Aquaculture. Due to his ongoing obligation to Super Shrimp, Mr. Clifford's services are currently not available to AquaSol, Inc. |

Steve Shultz, Farm Design Engineer, has been designing aquaculture farms since the early 1970's. Most of his work has been in the catfish farming industry centered along the Mississippi Delta region of the United States. He is one of the most widely respected farm design consultant in the catfish farming industry. At the present time, Mr. Shultz is working on expansion projects for Quiver River Aquaculture and Bear Creek Fisheries. Previous to this work, Mr. Shultz performed site survey, farm design and construction supervision work for Gold Kist Farms, one of the largest catfish farms in the US. Some of the other recent work of Mr. Shultz included the survey, design and construction of a 600-acre expansion of a shrimp farm in Belize. He has also worked on many other projects that are too numerous to list here. Mr. Shultz is fully versed in site survey techniques. He uses the technically advanced Total Stations System surveying equipment for all his survey work. He is also well-versed in CAD techniques and uses this software extensively in the design of aquaculture facilities. Mr. Shultz is also a highly effective estimator and planner of earth movement and an experienced construction supervisor. His experiences with construction machinery, particularly pan scrapers drawn by laser guided tractors, is considerable. |
